Highgrove
A nature-centered village inspired by English Arts & Crafts architecture, traditional materials, and the timeless landscape principles of Frederick Law Olmsted.
Designed to slow life down.
Highgrove bends with the land instead of forcing the land to bend around it. Winding streets, preserved groves, pedestrian paths, parks, bridges, and gathering spaces create a community that feels established, walkable, and deeply connected to nature.
A village shaped by nature, craft, and timeless design.
Highgrove began with a simple idea: create an elegant village setting on an old farmstead where roads, parks, homes, and preserved areas feel like they belong to the land. The design is rooted in English Arts & Crafts architecture, using simple forms, craftsman artistry, and traditional materials such as stone, brick, and wood.
The master plan follows Olmsted-inspired principles: roads are draped onto the topography, vistas unfold slowly, and the pedestrian is prioritized through sidewalks, paths, greenways, and bridges that connect homes to parks and preserved wooded areas.
Everything feels connected — parks, paths, water, sport, and shade.
Highgrove’s amenities are more than add-ons. They are woven into the village plan: small architectural “jewel boxes,” pedestrian bridges, wooded preserves, poolside gathering spaces, and recreation areas that pull the neighborhood together.
Stone, timber, lawns, trails, pools, and preserved green space.
The result is a powerful, iconic, and unique environment for 21st-century living — rooted in traditional, time-tested residential and landscape design.
A village for everyone.
Highgrove was planned with a varied mix of homes, from townhouses and cottages to larger estate properties. Courtyard layouts, carriage-house concepts, and alley-accessed plans reduce the visual focus on garages and keep attention where it belongs: on the architecture, front doors, porches, landscapes, and street life.
Village-scale living with walkable access to parks, paths, and gathering spaces.
Smaller homes with timeless materials, human-scaled streets, and front-porch character.
Larger custom residences shaped by Highgrove’s architectural language and natural setting.
